The pennant hitching system for the
flagpole with banner works either by a halyard, or by moving the flagpole
to horizontal position.
The size of certain flags makes a banner necessary
to ensure that it can be unfurled however strong the wind. DESCHAMPS
has patented a system of hoisting up the flag, which is much more practical
than the operation of laying down the flagpole to change or take off
the flag. We do however have a model without the system of hoisting,
equipped with a simplified banner.
